Thrive & Stride
1 dog at a time
Focused on teaching your dog leash manners through a fun and rewarding training walk, which includes 4 session. Each session is 30-60 minutes depending on how your dog is doing!
This program focus on:
- Calm leash behaviour
- Better engagement with the handler
- Reduced pulling
- Consistent loose leash walking
We use positive reinforcement and clear communication to help build enjoyable walking habits for both dogs and owners.
Program Includes:
- Slip halti leash
- Report card
- Short video after each session showing your dog’s progress
- Treats throughout the walk
Investment: $180 + hst
Optional Private Session
Add an optional one-on-one private session with you and your dog at the end of the program.
Cost: $100 + hst
Solo Walks
1 dog at a time
One-on-one walks in your neighbourhood designed around your dog’s pace, comfort, and energy level.
Ideal for:
- Puppies
- Senior dogs
- Reactive or shy dogs
- Dogs who prefer individual attention
- Busy owners wanting reliable daily exercise
Walk Includes:
- Photo update at the end of the walk
- Report card
- Treats throughout the walk
Cost:
30 mins: $23 +$10/extra dog same household
60 mins: $38 +$10/extra dog same household
Solo Hikes
1 dog at a time
Adventure-focused hikes for dogs who love exploring nature and getting extra exercise! We will use a long line to give your dog plenty of space to explore.
Solo hikes provide:
- Physical exercise
- Mental enrichment
- Lots of Sniffing and exploration opportunities
- One-on-one attention in a calm environment
- Work on recall using a long line
Hike Includes:
- Photo update at the end of the hike
- Report card
- Treats throughout the walk
Cost:
60 mins: $45 +$10/extra dog same household
Group Hikes
Maximum of 4 dogs
Fun, structured social hikes with a carefully selected group of compatible dogs.
Group hikes help provide:
- Healthy socialization
- Pack-style enrichment
- Confidence building
- Exercise in exciting outdoor environments
Dogs are grouped based on temperament, size, and energy level to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Requirements:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all dogs, participation in our Group Hikes requires completion of a training program at Thriving Canines or our “Thrive & Stride” walking program.
This helps ensure each dog has a foundation in leash manners, engagement, and handler focus, allowing group outings to remain structured, calm, and positive for everyone involved.
Group Hike Includes:

Pet Sitting

Professional, reliable care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, keeping their routine consistent while you’re away.
Work Day Drop in
Our Work Day Drop-Ins help break up long days alone and keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress-free.
What’s Included in a Visit
- Feeding and fresh water
- Bathroom breaks or litter box cleaning
- Medication administration (if needed)
- Updates after each visit for your peace of mind
Cost: 10-15 minutes visit: $20 + $5/extra pet
Pet Sitting Care Packages
Flexible in-home pet care packages designed for dogs and pets who need extra support, structure, and attention, whether you’re at work, away for the day, or traveling.
Our packages combine drop-in visits, walks, feeding, and companionship to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress-free in their own home.
Essential Care:
- 1 walk of 30min
- 1 drop in
Cost: $43/day + $15/extra pet
Balanced Care:
- 1 walk of 30min
- 2 drop ins
Cost: $63/day + $15/extra pet
Enrichment Care:
- 2 walk of 30min
- 1 drop in
Cost: $66/day + $15/extra pet
Thrive Care:
- 4 drop ins
- 1 drop in can be upgraded to a 30min walk for extra $10
Cost: $80/day + $15/extra pet
* Walks can be substituted for play time with your dog.
Free Meet & Greet
We offer a complimentary Meet & Greet before any booking to ensure the best possible experience for you and your pet.
This is a relaxed, no-pressure visit where we get to know you and your dog, discuss their routine, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before care begins.
